1. Orders & Quotes
All custom orders require a completed quote request. Quotes are based on the details provided (date, quantity, theme, design, flavors, etc.) and are valid for 7 days. Final pricing may change if order details are updated after the quote is issued.
2. Payment Policy
A non-refundable retainer (typically 50%) is required to secure your order date. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. Final payments are due no later than 5 days before pickup or delivery unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations made after the retainer is paid are not eligible for a refund.
Design or quantity changes must be requested at least 7 days before your event date. Changes made after this timeframe may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon time. Delays may result in wait times or rescheduling.
For delivery orders, clients must provide accurate address details. PopROX is not responsible for products after they are delivered or transferred to the client.
5. Allergies & Dietary Notes
While we offer treats that may be made without certain ingredients, all products are made in a home kitchen that may come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. PopROX is not responsible for allergic reactions.
6. Design & Artistic Style
By placing an order, you acknowledge that all treats are handcrafted, and variations in color, shape, or design may occur.
We do not replicate copyrighted characters or logos exactly but can create inspired themes.
7. Photography & Social Media
PopROX reserves the right to photograph and display your order on our website or social media for promotional purposes.
If you prefer your treats not be shared, please inform us at the time of booking.
8. Workshop Policies (If Applicable)
Workshop bookings are non-refundable due to the preparation of supplies.
Participants must follow all instructions for safety and cleanliness.
Children under a specified age may need to be accompanied by an adult (optional to include).
9. Product Care
Once orders are picked up or delivered, PopROX is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transport, or storage. Care instructions will be provided and should be followed for best results.
